COVERAGE
Raw source days are successful observations. Qualified source days stay NOT_ESTABLISHED. Positive, zero, and backward gaps are separate.
RESEARCH
Research-ready symbols, evaluations, non-terminal watches, terminal decisions, and outcome counts. Outcome semantics stay UNVALIDATED. WATCH does not consume the signal identity.
